Scrambled Text Characters in DOS games
When running some of the DOS games the text appears scrambled.
The Cirrus Logic-5429 and CL-GD543X chip as well as many other manufactuers chip sets do not support the 8 x
14 (VGA) font on the BIOS. This VGA font is used on some of our older DOS games which produce garbage text charaters
when used with these chips.
To correct this problem, the user needs to run a patch program depending on your video card. We cannot guarentee
any third party solutions will work for your particular computer, however many solutions exist at the locations

To run TSRFONT.COM
1.) Exit Windows. At the C:\>prompt type:
and press Enter to change to the directory that contains TRSFONT.COM. . Alter the line if the directory is different.
2.) At the C:\WINDOWS>prompt type:
and press Enter. A message appears telling you that the file is loaded.
3.) Now attempt to run the program that you experienced font problem with.. If you reboot your computer, the
program is no longer loaded.
*NOTE If you wish to load TSRFONT every time you boot, add this line to your AUTOEXEC.BAT file:
